    What You’ll Do:

    Work under the supervision of our OT to provide hands-on therapy to children with developmental, sensory and motor challenges.

    Help kids build skills through play-based, goal driven sessions.

    Support families with home programs and progress updates.

    Participate in team meetings, staff trainings and continuing education as needed.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.

    NBCOT certification and Licensed as a COTA in the State of Michigan

    Experience working with the pediatric population (bonus points for feeding and primitive reflex expertise!).

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    A heartfelt passion for helping children thrive.

    Work Schedule: Part-time with room to grow, working at least 10-15 hours a week to start.
