We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our growing team that serves the 0-3 year old Early Intervention population with home-based services and a caseload of 10-20+ treatment hours/week. At Abilities Pediatric Physical Therapy, we value all that therapists give to our clients and aim to promote a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities

Perform standardized assessments at evaluations and create goals with family

Manage scheduling clients

Complete timely documentation

Provide evidence-based therapy to clients in their home environment

Educate and instruct parents on daily integration of therapy strategies

Minimum Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree

CA PT license

Previous experience in the pediatric setting

Friendly, outgoing demeanor

Experience with working with families

Able to meet deadlines, detail and task-oriented

Well-versed in gross motor milestones

Preferred Qualifications

Sensory Integration experience

Bilingual Spanish

Experience with toe walkers, preemies, screening for neuro referrals, bracing needs etc. are also highly valued.
