Position Overview:
Clinic-based, in person
$47K-$49K/year depending on clinical experience
4-day work week M-TH! Optional Fridays
Flexible hours - work between 20-40 hours each week depending on your preferences. Part time candidates must be available to work after school hours at least 3 afternoons/week.
Hands-on mentorship & training with award winning, seasoned founder/SLP
Built in prep time before & after sessions
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of individualized treatment plans that cater to each child’s specific needs and goals alongside senior SLPs on staff
Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address speech-language needs
Monitor and document client progress, working with the lead SLP to adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the child's care team to support holistic client development.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and practices in speech-language pathology.
