    Job Summary:
    The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children from infancy through adolescence. This position requires working collaboratively with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to implement effective treatment plans that promote communication development and enhance overall quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication skills in children with varying needs.
    - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with families to integrate therapy goals into daily activities.
    - Provide direct speech and language therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative approaches that engage children in meaningful activities.
    - Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
    - Educate families and caregivers about communication strategies and provide resources to support their child’s development.
    - Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    - Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
    - Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and community outreach initiatives.

    Qualifications:
    - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    - Current Idaho state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
    - Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with speech and language disorders.
    - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    - Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry trends.
