Bloom Behavioral Solutions is a local, family-owned multidisciplinary practice providing rehabilitative services to individuals between the ages of 19 months to 22 years old. The practice is owned by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with 15 years in the field and specializes in Feeding Interventions. Bloom provides early intervention services, ABA therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Intervention, social skills groups, and vocational training opportunities through our community outreach program. We are looking to add compassionate members to our Speech department that are willing to work in a collaborative environment with other disciplines. We are located in Atlantic Beach. Looking for full-time applicants but will consider part-time.
Skills Required:
Valid Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC or CFY
Completion of graduate degree with clinical hours completed or entering clinical fellowship year
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide speech therapy services to clients in individual settings
Collaborate with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and ABA therapists, to provide comprehensive care
Monitor and document client progress
Provide education and support to families and caregivers
Participate in team meetings and case conferences
Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and trends in speech therapy
