About the Role:

• Pediatric Caseload: VERY generous productivity standards! Mix of 75% clinic-based direct treatment, 10% virtual, 12% daycare/OT clinic collaboration, 3% evaluations)

• Session Lengths: 30, 45, or 60 minutes (varies by client and payor source)

• Scheduling & Admin Support: No excessive admin burden—therapists focus on clinical care and collaboration

• Mentorship & Growth: strong focus on continuing education. Work alongside specialists passionate about their niche areas of practice!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: CF-SLP: $62K-$82K | CCC-SLP: $65K-$82K (Sign-on bonus available!)

• Fee-for-Service Rates: $50-$55/hour (billable), $25/hour (administrative)
