• Reason for opening? Adding or replacing? - Current provider is relocating due to her husband’s job.
• Joining other providers? How many? - We currently have 2 full time providers. 1 male pediatrician (M-TH) and 1 female NP M-F.
• Days/hours/shifts/weekends/call? - The office is opened from M-TH 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our current provider who is leaving works (3) 8-hour days M,W, F. We are open to full time. We currently have one provider who covers the evening shifts. On call is one week a month typically.
• Comp Range? - $250,000+.
• Any Bonus structure? - We are looking into a merit-based increase starting in 2025.
• EMR? - Medent
• Patients a day? - Depend on the hours per day. It depends on shift length.
• Relo allowance / Sign on for the right candidate? – Yes, we would provide relocation assistance for the right candidate.
• Loan repayment? - Yes.
