Role Overview:

We are searching for a Receptionist who embodies organization, efficiency, and a welcoming spirit. This role is crucial in creating first impressions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle opening and closing procedures for the office.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.

• Coordinate client appointments and provide information as needed.

• Support the sales team and assist with the client intake process, including initial lead screening and setting PNC appointments.

• Maintain client profiles, handle correspondence, distribute mail, and manage daily and attorney calendars.

• Process payments, oversee petty cash, and greet clients, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained reception area.

• Provide additional clerical support as required.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Demonstrable punctuality and reliability.
