If so we need to talk to you. Pella Windows & Doors of North & West Texas, a growing company, is now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Grapevine, TX office team. We need a confident, detail-oriented individual who is self-disciplined and thrives on a challenge. We provide an exciting, fast paced and fun work environment. We look for you to answer customer calls coming into our Service Department and setting up service events for our techs to resolve. You will deliver your best efforts to build the Pella brand and satisfy our customers. You'll assist our customers and operations team to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers. We offer:

Job Expectations:

• Professionally respond to customer calls who need service or repair of a Pella window or door
• Schedule service techs to go to customer homes
• Order routine replacement and repair parts
• Exemplary external and internal customer contact
• Learning our products
• Recording key information and activities related to service events
• Assist with processing payments
