Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Hours: 4 10's or 5 8's 45-50 patients a week

Compensation: 80-100k DOE and open to negotiation

Perks: Willing to offer relocation, offering a $5,000 sign on bonus a year up to a 3 year commitment, willing to pay for credentials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and performance in the patient/client encounter
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public, and all members of our team
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance
• Maintain established productivity standards
• Perform effectively as a member of a team.
• Participate in professional development, educational activities and staff meetings
