    Job Description

    As a People & Culture Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience at Vuori. The P&C Generalist will help drive our people initiatives and provide support across the employee lifecycle for our HQ employees. You will work closely with the Sr. Business Partners at HQ to execute strategies in areas such as coaching/development, employee engagement, employee relations and team effectiveness. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and organizational development and is passionate about driving a positive employee experience.

    What you'll get to do:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving any workplace concerns.
    • Be a thought partner to team members and demonstrate success in assessing organizational health across our HQ teams.
    • Support the development and implementation of people initiatives that drive retention, support a positive workplace and help our employees live extraordinary lives.
    • Respond to and conduct intake for low-risk employee relations issues and team dynamic conversations.
    • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure company values are consistently embedded into the workplace culture.
    • Play a key role for HQ teams in supporting and educating team members about policies and practices.
    • Partner with cross functional P&C teams, e.g. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, etc., to identify strengths and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
    • Support managers with employee performance management conversations when necessary.
    • Support in facilitating and leading our HQ onboarding program.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related fields, preferably in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on culture, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

    The salary range for this role is $80,000 per year - $100,000 per year.
