    What You’ll Do:

    Partner with Visionaries: Work directly with our CPO and leadership team to align people strategies with TIPCO’s ambitious goals.

    Be a Talent Magnet: Lead our talent acquisition efforts to attract and secure the best minds in the industry.

    Empower Employees: Champion employee development and engagement programs that inspire growth and innovation.

    Navigate Complexities: Manage employee relations with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement.

    Drive Change: Design and implement culture-enhancing initiatives and lead change management efforts.

    Ensure Excellence: Leverage data, HRIS tools, and industry best practices to drive decisions and compliance.

    Who You Are: You’re a dynamic HR professional with a passion for building high-performing teams and creating an environment where people can thrive. Your expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and culture development makes you a natural leader who inspires trust and drives results.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

    7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with non-exempt workforces in distribution or manufacturing.

    Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and consult across stakeholders.

    Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

    A knack for data analytics, Microsoft Office, and HRIS tools.

    Flexibility to travel and work in a hybrid setting.
