As the People + Culture Partner, you’ll work at the intersection of employee engagement and operational effectiveness, bringing creativity and rigor to every aspect of the employee lifecycle. From onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, you’ll partner with leaders and employees to ensure people-centric solutions align with the organization's mission.

Compensation: $70,000
At St. Joseph Center, pay ranges are set using the best available market data for the job at the required location. To determine salary for a candidate, we consider the candidate's skills and capabilities for the job compared with expectations for the position.
