  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    This position reports directly to the Director of People Operations. Facilitates tasks and compliance from the candidate’s acceptance to the candidate’s orientation to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Introduces candidate to the Company’s inclusive workplace culture and creates a favorable impression of the Company. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Works on the day-to-day employee issues and enforces organization policies and practices
    • Provides administrative/clerical support to the human resources department and recruiting team
    • Oversees new hire on-boarding/off-boarding procedures including new hire paperwork, employee orientation, processing background checks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed and submitted
    • Assists in organizing, coordinating, and executing human resource projects and processes for the organization
    • Creates and performs regular audits by generating reports to ensure accuracy and compliance, and to accurately respond to HR data requests
    • Ensure candidate records reflect current work status and correct demographic information
    • Coordinate with the recruiting team and other support staff to ensure employees are adhering to local, state, and federal standards
    • Enter all new hire data, ensuring the integrity of all data entered
    • Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively
    • Performs all other duties delegated by the Director of People Operations

    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Proficient with computer applications and software
    • Previous office or data entry experience
