    Job Overview: The People Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving ASC’s mission by leading the development, implementation, and management of people-centric initiatives. This position is ideal for a dynamic and strategic HR professional who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and enabling employees to thrive in alignment with ASC’s core values of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation, and Collaboration. As the People Operations Manager, you will support the growth and success of ASC by optimizing people processes, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture that is grounded in ASC’s commitment to its employees, customers, and the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Culture & Engagement: Champion ASC’s core values and foster an inclusive, mission-driven culture. Create and implement engagement programs that drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

    Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with ASC’s mission and vision. Design programs to enhance skills, performance, and leadership capabilities.

    Performance Management: Lead the design and execution of performance management processes that encourage high performance and continuous development. Work with department heads to set clear, aligned goals and monitor progress.

    Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws while continually improving policies to support ASC’s workforce and business goals. Manage sensitive employee relations issues with integrity and confidentiality.

    Employee Wellness: Implement health and wellness initiatives that support ASC’s vision of a healthier, happier workforce. Develop programs and resources to support employees’ mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

    Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and recommend actions for continuous improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on key HR metrics.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

    Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
