Job Description
As a SENIOR RECRUITER, you are part of a team of highly skilled Talent Acquisition recruiting professionals working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment for PeopleScout's RPO. The SENIOR RECRUITER FOR TALENT ACQUISIITON is expected to provide full-lifecycle recruiting solutions for our internal clients and consult with Hiring Managers on the sourcing strategy, recruitment process, and selection criteria to ensure top talent is secured for their roles. This position requires a professional who can partner with all levels within the organization.
This position is part of the Flex Team, PeopleScout's variable workforce unit. The Flex Team is PeopleScout's strategic approach to provide client delivery teams the ability to scale quickly. Flex Team employees are eligible for various health insurance plan options that meet the Affordable Care Act's mandate. The Sr. Corporate Recruiter is a 100% virtual position ideal for avoiding commuting and creating more work-life balance. In some cases, starting on the Flex Team can lead to an opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
