PEOPLESOF DEVELOPER - On Site Northern, Virginia:

• Implement, support and upgrade PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor and Performance Management.
• Support development and integration of new solution modules, in addition to operations and maintenance and enhancement work.
• Activities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system enhancements.
• Manage large complex enterprise system, migration projects (greater than 25000 users).
• Apply complex business rules and apply them to system processes and support across global payroll FedGov applications.
• Propose solutions to user requests, design and develop those solutions, and work with business users to conduct and complete User Acceptance Testing and deployment activities.
• Develop custom payroll solution – 70%
• System Testing – 20%
• Remediate application defects and Incidents – 10%

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 10 years’ recent hands on experience with the above tasks/duties, PeopleSoft HCM v9.2, PeopleTools, SQR, Security, PS Payroll, Financial, GL, and Benefits modules, HCM Shared Services, HRLOB operations & procedures, UAT, ETL/DataStage, SQL, Oracle Database, Windows. Unix on/in a US FedGov enterprise software/systems.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
• MUST Be Available to work On Site at Northern, Virginia location.
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret or DoE Q/L or TS/SCI or DHS EoD/Suitability/Public Trust.
