    The Talent Source seeks interest from a qualified consultant to provide PeopleSoft ERP Financials Consulting services to create a Strategic Development Roadmap and Implementation Plan for PeopleSoft’s ERP Financial System, version 9.2, PeopleTools version 8.60.10 for a large Miami based public sector entity.

    The plan must include realistic short-term (1-3 years) and long-term (3-5 years) initiatives that the client will undertake to enhance further and improve the capabilities of the ERP Financial System for users. The plan must consider the other systems that interface with/from ERP. These systems include Infor-EAMS ( work order management system), PropWorks (lease management and billing system), MIA-Pay (customer invoice payment system), EnergyCap (for utility bills), Tableau (statistics and analysis tool), SharePoint (for Capital Construction data).  The existing ERP Financial System instance is shared with another public sector department, but each department functions as its own independent business unit with some shared functionality.

    The expertise required to be considered for this 2 year plus contract assignment is as follows: 

    MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED

    PeopleSoft (PS) ERP Financial System Consultant with PeopleSoft Upgrade Management (PUM) Image upgrade experience

    PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Procure-to-Pay, Record-To-Report and Order-To-Cash modules experience

    PeopleTools 8.60 experience

    Excellent communication skills

    Good writing and technical documentation skills

    Strong knowledge transfer skills

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Master’s degree in IT or related field

    Extensive (15+) years Referancable experience as a PeopleSoft (PS) ERP Financial System analyst and developer, including design, development, implementation, support, documentation and trouble-shooting of complex PeopleSoft ERP Financial applications

    Has participated in a minimum of three (3) PUM upgrades, involved in all phases end-to-end

    Experience interfacing and integrating PS ERP Financial System with other systems, such as EAMS, PeopleSoft HR, PropWorks.

    Extensive experience with SQL, nVision, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, SQR, Business Process Weaver

    Extensive experience using PS Trace and debugging skills

    Extensive experience in business process reengineering to increase business operating efficiency

    Extensive experience working directly with the financial services end-user clients

    Extensive experience implementing new client requirements for modifications or system enhancements utilizing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, Oracle 21c, SQR, SQL and Unix/Windows NT.

    Experience with enhancements related to FSCM 9.2 Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report.

    Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Procure-to-Pay, Record-To-Report and Order-To-Cash modules.

    Extensive experience with Fiscal year end processes
