We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible caregiver to provide one-on-one care within an assisted living community in North Seattle. ComForCare has worked within this community since early in the Covid pandemic providing companion care to several residents living there. The shift is five weekdays, 35-40 hours a week total each day will consist of time spent with multiple clients for periods ranging from one to four hour each. Most of the clients have some degree of dementia, and our focus is on providing a high level of engagement and interaction, as well as excellent communication with the ComForCare office and the client families.
This role requires someone who is creative, engaging and positive...someone who loves people. It is a unique opportunity to work consistent hours, primarily between 10am and 6pm (each day is slightly different based on client and family needs) with a variety of personalities. There are also opportunities to take a lead role with other caregivers within the community. Consistency, flexibility, and dependability are a must!
Must have up-to-date CNA or HCA, CPR, and WA State Food Worker's card.
