Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy services at various clinics as assigned, ensuring continuity of care.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas state Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle diverse caseloads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned clinics in Fort Worth, Irving, and Grand Prairie.
