BrightStar Care Medical Staffing is seeking a per diem Medical Staffing RN to join our team and help cover shifts. These shifts could be: Communities & Facilities, school nursing and orthopedic recovery. We offer mileage when traveling from client to client/community to community. We are offering $45 for any shift in the medical staffing branch. If you're looking for even more hours, you're welcome to pick up in the home care side!

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of practice.

Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
