Job Location: Remote.
Job Schedule: Weekday, dayshift.
Job Type: Per Diem,1099 Contract.
Pay rate: $100/hr (Typically 25 minutes per appointment. Based on actual appointments).
*Must be licensed in NY/NJ.

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in multiple states to perform virtual wellness checkups.

Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care

Responsibilities:

• Provide general wellness checkups.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
• Provide lab review follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
• Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
• Must be licensed in NY/NJ. And the states: FL, CT, MD, TN, VA and other eastern states preferred.
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must have a collaborating MD to cover this job.
• Must have reliable internet and computer/laptop.
