Your Role ****
As a Perception Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing essential tools that support and enhance our radar perception product. These tools will range from performance metrics analysis platforms that evaluate the accuracy and reliability of our perception algorithms to visualization dashboards that display real-time data. The insights gained from these tools will be critical in driving the continuous improvement of our perception systems, ensuring they meet high standards for automotive applications. Additionally, some of these products will be used to showcase our cutting-edge technology to customers, demonstrating the performance and capabilities of our perception solutions.
You excel in a collaborative environment, where teamwork and communication are critical to success. You work closely with engineers developing our core perception technology, ensuring the tools you create integrate seamlessly into the existing workflows. You also serve as the bridge between the product team and the perception team. With a clear understanding of the product's value proposition, you translate it into actionable goals and technical specifications for the engineers to implement.
With a strong foundation in computer science and mathematics, you bring both technical expertise and problem-solving skills to the table. Your deep understanding of statistics and AI allows you to approach challenges from a thoughtful and analytical perspective, ensuring the solutions you develop are robust, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the entire team.
