    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! As our Human Resources Manager, you will be working closely with the entire company to create a positive work environment for all employees. A significant part of this role revolves around company culture and making Pérez Law an increasingly attractive place to work. You will also be managing online job board postings, looking through resumes to find top talent, conducting interviews, and handling the onboarding process. Your role will also include assisting with performance reviews and coaching, disciplining employees, and exit interviews. The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience, the ability to lead a team, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

    Responsibilities

    Cultural leadership: Shaping the organization’s culture to reflect its values and mission by fostering an inclusive work environment.

    HR strategy and planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business strategy.

    Employee engagement and well-being: implement initiatives to create a work environment that supports employees’ physical and mental well-being.

    Organizational design: Evaluate company structure and design to achieve business goals through workforce planning and talent management strategies.

    Legal compliance and risk management: Ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations. Manage HR-related risks and legal matters to protect the organization.

    Employee relations: Promote open and effective communication between employees and management.

    Training and development: Oversee learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, career growth, and leadership development.

    Data and analytics: Review HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes.

    Qualifications

    Experience working in a Human Resources environment

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Demonstrated ability to lead a team

    Deep familiarity with basic HR policies, US employment laws, and industry best practices
