    Job Description

    Recruiter – Temp to hire (6 months +) – Remote – To $41/hour

    Respected medical start-up is seeking a market savvy Recruiter to join their growing HR Team. In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with internal managers, building market presence, and positioning the company as an employer of choice!

    • Duration: 6+ months, temporary, possibility to hire if mutual fit.
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, standard business hours
    • Location: Remote – must be a California resident for payroll purposes
    • Background/Drug: Hire contingent on a clear criminal background check and clear drug screen (marijuana not tested).

    In this role, you will:

    • Provide consultative talent acquisition services and proactive recruiting for a variety of positions
    • Assess recruitment strategies to ensure optimum return on investment
    • Create, implement new and improved methods for process improvement, relationship management, and recruiting best practices
    • Provide a world class candidate experience, ensuring positive engagement throughout the interview process

    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
    • 3+ years’ direct consultative recruiting experience
    • Experience identifying internal customer needs; crafting elegant, effective action plans
    • Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision
    • Excellent time management skills; proven track record of producing timely results
