At Perfecto Capital, a 2022 Fortune Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company, you will become an integral part of a dynamic team that specializes in Private Money Lending to Real Estate Investors nationwide.  Compensation: • Salary Range: $35,000 - $40,000 • Annual Performance Bonus Potential: $90,000 - $150,000 (uncapped/paid monthly based on KPIs) • Total Estimated First-Year Earnings: $125,000 - $175,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage • Uncapped commissions • Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities: • Develop relationships with local and national Wholesalers, Real Estate agents, brokers, and individual investors • Create and maintain a network of prospective business partners • Review and qualify inbound leads • Generate new business with creative and strategic outbound prospecting • Develop and deliver clear and compelling presentations to prospective clients • Collaborate with the leadership team to create day-to-day efficiencies to increase business • Cultivating long-term relationships • Consistent follow-up with prospective and current clients • Track, complete, and submit timely and accurate internal documentation, reports, and loan proposals • Anticipate client needs through proactive outreach • Attend at minimum 2 out-of-office events per month • Providing every client with an outstanding customer experience Qualifications: • The aggressive, competitive, and make-it-happen mentality • Excellent verbal communication skills • Natural negotiator and deal maker • Self-disciplined • Self-motivated, confident, dynamic, energetic, and ready to learn and grow • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • High financial acumen • A willingness to obtain a Florida real estate license (we will point you in the right direction during the interview process if you haven’t already started your licensing process) • Strong comprehensive knowledge of wholesaling/REI/private money lending processes (preferred) • Large existing investor network that can be leveraged for new business opportunities (preferred) • Motivated to create your own sphere of business to generate profits and maximize your earning potential!  Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000
