    Location:

    • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX.
    • Office Options: Hybrid – We expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility in choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.
    • Travel Requirements: 0-10%

    What You'll Do:

    • Work closely with the Performance Development Team to help design, operate and scale the firm's performance processes and overall structure across the United States, Canada and other region as the firm grows.

    • Administer the company's performance development system (Cornerstone), including monitoring performance review compliance and ensuring timely reviews are occurring.

    • Perform front-line customer service and administrative functions by answering team member requests and questions or coordinating with the Performance Development Manager to resolve inquiries and requests (topics include but are not limited to, performance, expectations, compliance)

    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and action plans to communicate and track performance and performance compliance

    • Evaluate performance metrics and conducts analyses using performance data to identify strengths and weaknesses in performance development activities, tools, criteria, and processes

    • Maintain accurate data in collaboration with the Operations team across multiple platforms, including Certinia, Cornerstone and ADP

    • Execute performance development onboarding for new hires

    • Supports the preparation and execution of annual performance assessments by providing reporting and analytics from the performance development system to drive evaluations ****

    • Assist in developing and monitoring Clear Success Plans to ensure proper and timely implementation, team member support and validation of performance outcomes

    • Uphold a continuous improvement mindset, to help drive optimizations and efficiencies in existing processes

    • Create and executes the calendar year performance development communication plans ****

    What You'll Bring:

    • 4+ years of relevant work experience in performance management, human resources or talent
    • Proficient in MS Office product, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), human resources integration systems (HRIS) and digital project management and training tools
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
