Efferent Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a driven professional to own and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, develop strategies that drive measurable success, and collaborate with a team of creative and analytical thinkers. What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms for a portfolio of over 30 clients.
Develop and implement strategies, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad testing, and budget allocation, to meet client goals.
Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and ROAS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with client objectives and uncover growth opportunities.
Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
You’re a Match If You Have
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Proven ability to scale campaigns and drive measurable results.
Expertise in optimization strategies such as bid management, ad testing, and audience segmentation.
Analytical skills to monitor and interpret campaign performance data, turning insights into actionable strategies.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills for working across teams and presenting insights to clients.
Bonus: Experience working with elective medical procedures or healthcare-related campaigns.
