We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team at Wise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the global expansion of Wise’s audio advertising program, and to support the growth of other emerging platforms and marketing channels.
As one of the first operational appointments for Wise’s audio team, you’ll play a vital role in helping to scale our existing podcast advertising efforts, and in expanding our advertising onto new audio platforms. Ultimately, you’ll enable our team to reach more and more customers whose lives could be made easier by using Wise.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Audio team at Wise:
Own all operational aspects of Wise’s audio advertising program, from campaign setup with media partners and ad tech vendors, to developing creative and trafficking ad assets
Maintain day-to-day relationships with publishers, agencies and ad tech partners
Manage daily campaign performance by closely monitoring KPIs and optimising to meet targets
Build and share monthly reporting with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with our in-house marketing analyst team to surface and understand audio channel data in an accessible and actionable way
Communicate with other channels across the marketing tribe to share insights and learnings to help maximise campaign performance and uncover additional testing opportunities
Assist with opportunity sizing for other emerging platforms and new channels

Qualifications
Qualifications:
A curious and quick learner; a problem solver with a strong analytical mindset. You’re eager to learn and develop, and have an eye for using data to improve campaign performance
Highly skilled at written and verbal communication; you are able to present and share information in way that makes sense to many different people and teams
Collaborative and skilled at building relationships; someone who is able to work across departments and with a variety of stakeholders
Organised with an attention to detail; and able to manage many moving parts at once
A self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of projects with limited oversight. You thrive on autonomy, and you’re not afraid to take responsibility and ownership of your work
Additional skills we’d value:
Associate level experience working in digital marketing and/or offline marketing
Familiarity with audio measurement and attribution platforms like Spotify Ad Analytics, Podscribe, Veritonic, etc.
Experience with Google Analytics, Looker or similar data visualisation tool
The salary for this role is between $60000 - $81000
