Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the direct-to-consumer space. Agency-side experience is a plus. Medicare/Insurance or heavily regulated industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing attribution platforms.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Additional Information
Compensation:
Between $75k - $85k annually, based on level of experience and qualifications.
