Job Summary
High-energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
Responsibilities
Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
Nurturing leads through the sales process.
Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
Greeting all members
Giving tours of the facility to new members
Answer the phones in a professional manner
Scheduling clients for initial training sessions
Ability to multitask
Takes advantage of downtime to exceed expectations
Proficient in MindBody (Canva is a plus)
Serving attitude
About 20-30 hours per week
Paid hourly + commission
Reliable transportation to attend out-of-facility events
Ability to set up a tent and a table at events
Rotating weekends required
The Performance Specialist is the face of the facility! This person is high energy and motivated to make D1 Training Sandy Springs the best training facility out there! They know every member by name and build relationships with each of them. They can sell memberships and upsell current clients. They have great time management and the ability to multitask.
The Performance Specialist will report directly to the General Manager. Both the GM and the Performance Specialist will work on scheduling, calls, business development, and community outreach.
Qualifications
Must be a high-energy individual.
Must have 1+ years in sales
Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting, ideally in the fitness industry.
