  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Responsible for continuous quality improvement through the ongoing analysis of information, obtained from a variety of sources, including performance, financial, and demographic data
    • Monitor database used to track placements and develop procedure manuals for tracking placements
    • Produce monthly reports analyzing placements from the various sites as compared to contract requirements and retention milestones reported for each site
    • Produce quarterly report of findings and maintain corrective action log
    • Provide guidance and leadership to managers and supervisors. Provide weekly reports on performance to leadership team as assigned
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma required and at least 2 years experience analyzing data and producing reports or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
