About Performance Windows:

We sell high-end replacement windows using a door-to-door sales model with appointment setters and closers.

The Appointment Setter Position:

Drive out to neighborhoods and go from door to door with the goal of setting up appointments for potential customers to receive a presentation of our windows.

You'll also attend morning meetings with your sales team.

Requirements:

A personal vehicle, a teachable mind, and a go-getter attitude.

Pay:

You can expect to make 5-15k/month as an appointment setter.

(Pay is purely commission-based)

Our goal is for ALL new hires to get paid in their first week, and make at least 5k their first month.

In as fast as 2 months you can move from the appointment setter position up to the closer position. As a closer you'll make 15-40k/month.

Training Program:

Look, sales can be scary, overwhelming, and complicated... That's if you're learning from the wrong people. At Performance Windows, we understand that many individuals applying for this job have absolutely no previous sales experience.

That's why we've created an unmatched training program and a fool-proof sales system, specifically designed for people that know little to nothing about sales.

To learn our sales system, all you'll have to do is memorize a script and learn a few of our proven sales methods.

You'll have the opportunity to shadow some of our best appointment setters so that you can see exactly how the job is done in-person before doing it yourself.

You'll also be able to complete this training program at YOUR OWN pace, and we won't have you start until you (and we) are confident in your ability to succeed.

The Schedule:

You'll work 5 days a week: Saturdays, and 4 out of the 5 weekdays.

On each workday you'll work 5 hours. 2 hours in the morning: 10am-12pm. And 3 hours in the afternoon: 4pm-7pm.

This relaxed schedule gives you time to actually enjoy the money you'll be making, and time to explore other money-making opportunities.
