The role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $22 and increasing to $25, allowing you to shape the growth, resilience, and achievements of young individuals in a supportive and vibrant setting. Positions are open with hourly remuneration ranging from $22 to $25. We are actively seeking applicants for various locations in the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area and the Baltimore metropolitan area. Responsibilities: • Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to educational standards in Washington D.C. • Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success. • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to establish a positive and productive learning atmosphere. • Collaborate with colleagues to design a cohesive and enriching academic journey for students in Washington D.C. • Maintain accurate student progress records and communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student development. Qualifications: • The role of Performing Art Instructor in Washington D.C. requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for effectively engaging with students and team members. • Proficiency in GSuite is essential, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems is required. • Flexibility in schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings, is crucial for this position. • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory. • Completing the Google Docs form sent via email before the initial interview is a critical step for the application to be considered valid.
