Become a valuable contributor this summer at LTYC as a Summer Performing Art Instructor and participate in both in-school and after-school sessions. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and capture students' interest • Establish a secure and encouraging learning environment that prioritizes students' well-being and academic achievements • Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a positive and productive learning setting • Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a comprehensive and enriching educational journey for students • Maintain precise student progress records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding accomplishments and development Qualifications: • To be considered for the Performing Art Instructor position in Baltimore, MD, US, applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction in this role • Proficiency in GSuite is required, and the ability to quickly learn new systems is a must • Candidates need to be available for weekends and evenings with schedule flexibility • A valid driver's license with a clean driving history and access to a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
