Responsibilities: • Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that meet educational standards and captivate students' interest • Create a safe and supportive learning environment that emphasizes student well-being and academic success • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere • Work collaboratively with peers to design a comprehensive and enriching educational experience for students • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians about achievements and development Qualifications: • Applicants interested in the Performing Art Instructor position in Baltimore, MD, US should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a crucial requirement for effective engagement in this role • Proficiency in GSuite is a must-have, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems • Candidates must be willing to work weekends and evenings, demonstrating schedule flexibility • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable personal vehicle is obligatory Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
