Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phone calls and emails with great attention to detail and efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Must be able to type 45 wpm with little to no grammatical errors and also have great phone etiquette
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Type test certificate is a plus and will be requested
- Bilingual is a plus
