    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer phone calls and emails with great attention to detail and efficiency
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Must be able to type 45 wpm with little to no grammatical errors and also have great phone etiquette

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office
    • Type test certificate is a plus and will be requested
    • Bilingual is a plus
