The Role
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist for a full-time, permanent role in a state-of-the-art cancer center. The position offers the autonomy of a solo practice model within a supportive hospital-employed framework.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Minimum Patient Contact Hours: 32/week
• Patient Volume: 15–25/day
• Call: Practice and inpatient oncology call (no weekends)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Practice Phase: Rebuilding and growth
• Facility Info:
o Commission on Cancer accredited since 1984
o Level II Trauma designation
o 24-bay infusion center with onsite oncology pharmacist
o Radiation oncology, lab, and Epic EMR onsite
o Clinical trial access via UC-NCORP

Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: $500,000–$750,000 (based on training and experience)

Requirements:
• Board Certified (highly preferred) or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Must reside locally (not open to commuting or secondary work)
• H1B and J1 visa candidates welcome
• Not open to Locums or 1099 candidates
• Must not have lapsed board certification
