The Role
We’re hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician to join an established, full-spectrum women's health practice that emphasizes collaborative, team-based care.
• Schedule: Full-time, outpatient + inpatient coverage
• Scope:
o Mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology
o Deliveries and surgeries performed at a remodeled birthing center
o Locations include Troy, Latham, East Greenbush, Cohoes, and Clifton Park
• Team: Strong staff support and physician colleagues
• Technology: Latest treatment protocols and modern office infrastructure
• New Grads: 2025 and recent grads encouraged to apply
• Board Certification: Required within 3 years if not currently certified

Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: $325,000–$350,000 with performance-based incentives
• Bonuses: Starting bonus (to be discussed at interview)

Requirements:
