    Job Description:

    Manage and facilitate the process of obtaining permits and licenses, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely project execution. Handle permit applications, communicate with regulatory agencies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are approved efficiently.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Permit Acquisition: Research, identify, and prepare permit applications for various projects.

    Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and regulatory authorities.

    Application Processing: Receive, review, and process permit applications, often using software or databases.

    Compliance: Ensure all permits and licenses are obtained in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of permit applications, status, and related documentation.

    Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from applicants, providing guidance and support.

    Deadline Management: Monitor timelines, track progress, and prepare notices for expired permits or violations.
