Position Summary

· Perform all jobs in a manner that assures maximum possible personal safety, food safety and product quality.

· Set up & tear down assigned equipment each day according to the posted production schedule and as required based on the product specifications

· Loading film on machine

Data recording, entry and adjustments as needed

Calibrate Systesm to time, temps and positions of equipment

· Perform all tasks which require the ability to complete and accurately evaluate paperwork

· Perform tasks including evaluating product against performance and quality specifications

Monitor equipment operations, troubleshoot and resolve basic malfunctions, notify supervision and the maintenance staff when issues occur

Record and interpret temps as related to the process

Perform general housekeeping duties in the production area, maintain a save and clean work area while compliance with existing policy

Required Skills

• · Experience in Food Industry preferred
• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products
• Ability to perform comparative analysis and make recommendations
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
