We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with various business and personal matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of senior management
Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
Assist with personal and business-related administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Perform general office duties, including filing and record-keeping
Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative experience preferred
