We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team and contribute to the seamless daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Perform errands and other personal tasks as required.
