The Personal Assistant’s duties include supporting the attorney such as assisting with daily office needs, managing his administrative activities, and additional responsibilities such as communicating with clients and other professionals. Responsibilities: • Provides the attorney with day-to-day administrative support • Communicate with clients and other professionals as directed • Track/pay firm expenses • Maintain tracking of building and contractor expenses • Communicate with, schedule, and pay building maintenance and utilities • Provide the attorney with payroll, taxes, and other expense reminders for expenses such as; DOR, Property taxes, Automatic transfers, and Attorney commission reports • Administrative Accounting such as scanning/categorizing receipts and firm expenses, and issuing reimbursements as needed • Maintain the attorney’s client provision list • Track client documents leaving/returning the office as calendared • Provide the attorney with the necessary files to be successful in maintaining calendared documents Qualifications: • Must report to office - not a remote job • Must dress professionally, this work is at a law office • Must have reliable transportation • A friendly, positive attitude; with a desire to get to know people • Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal Compensation: $20 per hour
