    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! As a Personal Assistant, you will be stepping into a role with many hats, and responsibilities can include maintaining a personal and professional schedule, coordinating meetings, dinners, and events. You will also be working closely with other assistants, company staff members, and even family members to ensure everything within the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is incredibly organized, and can multitask, often working on multiple tasks at once.

    Responsibilities

    Review and pay bills by credit card, check, and ACH from different accounts and save confirmations

    Open, scan, rename, and digitally organize files in Dropbox; sort mail and flag for urgency and action items

    Assist in various business development items

    Place orders, manage returns and prepare mail or shipments as needed

    Contact multiple vendors for price quotes, request samples, and gather relevant information

    Organize information in a spreadsheet and/or Monday board

    Schedule appointments, meetings, walkthroughs, reservations, etc.

    Maintain calendars of renewals, payment due dates, follow ups, etc.

    Set reminders to follow up as needed for information, to maintain relationships, etc.

    Save and organize contact database

    Make phone calls, send emails, and draft professional letters

    Qualifications

    Able to be at home office \ desk daily

    Knowledge of Mac computers \ Software

    The ability to work well independently

    This is a remote position.
