We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in project coordination and task management
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
Perform general administrative duties to support the daily workflow
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
