    Full job description

    Overview Seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support a young family in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage schedules and appointments, handle communications, and ensure the smooth operation of daily life.

    Responsibilities

    Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

    Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations and transport.

    Coordinate with other parties that that provide service to Owner.

    Handle and coordinate maintenance and repairs at the home.

    Maintain household inventory and supplies.

    Assist with personal errands (such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop offs/pick ups/ Vet appointments etc)

    Qualifications/Requirements

    1 - 2 years previous experience in a similar role.

    Must be comfortable being reachable off hours when needed.

    Must be good with small children.

    Must have valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule:

    8 hour shift

    Monday to Friday

    On call

    Work Location: In person
