Client Agent Support: • Be a friendly and professional point of contact for clients, agents, and vendors. • Assist with showings, lockbox setups, and open houses as needed. • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, property visits, and agent showings. • Help maintain and enhance client relationships through excellent communication and follow-ups. Qualifications: • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, listing management, or office administration. • Strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and compliance within the real estate industry. • Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRMs, transaction management software, digital signatures, and real estate platforms. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you can confidently interact with clients, agents, and vendors. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail—able to keep multiple tasks on track without missing deadlines. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you anticipate needs and take initiative. • A friendly, positive, and approachable personality—clients and agents should feel at ease working with you. • Ability to run errands as needed, including lockbox setups, property showings, and vendor coordination.
