Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dependable Personal Care Aide to assist individuals with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a variety of settings. This position requires a person who can be trusted to meet the needs of clients with the utmost professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

Help clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to chair or other locations.

Prepare and assist with meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.

Monitor and record changes in the client's physical and mental health.

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.

Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed by a healthcare professional.

Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

Ensure the safety of the client by following all care protocols and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality and respect the client's privacy at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a personal care aide, caregiver, or in a related field is preferred.

Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual.

Ability to follow care plans and instructions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lift or assist with lifting (depending on the client’s needs).

Must be comfortable with providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks.

Must pass a background check and provide two professional references.
