Job Description: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Location: Sterling, Virginia Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week, flexible days and hours Pay Rate: Up to $17 per hour

Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to assist a pediatric client in their home. The PCA will help the child with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide incontinence care and assist with toileting.

Assist with feeding during mealtimes.

Help the client with dressing and personal hygiene needs.

Offer a supportive and positive environment for the client and family.

Qualifications:

Experience working with pediatric clients or in a similar caregiving role preferred.

Ability to assist with ADLs in a gentle and respectful manner.

Male candidates preferred.

Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
